Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Advisor to develop and execute recruiting strategies across commercial and DOE nuclear industries. The role partners with hiring managers and HR teams to secure qualified professionals—engineers, project managers, construction managers, and operations—supporting nuclear, DOE, and advanced reactor projects.

The position requires 7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in commercial and DOE nuclear, engineering, construction, energy, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting engineers, project managers, construction managers, and executives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to support hiring initiatives and staffing demands.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, technical requirements, and long-term talent objectives.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive hiring insights to leaders.
• Source candidates and engage through various channels and build talent pipelines across nuclear industries.
• Recruit diverse, highly qualified professionals across engineering, construction, and operations.
