Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Advisor to develop and execute recruiting strategies across the commercial and DOE nuclear industries, partnering with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to staff engineers, construction, project management, operations, and technical professionals.

This role builds talent pipelines across nuclear markets, sources passive candidates, conducts screenings, and guides offers through closing, while supporting diversity initiatives and employer

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within commercial and DOE nuclear, engineering, construction, energy, industrial, and manufacturing environments.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced tools.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from planning to onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Provide market intelligence and talent mapping.
• Source candidates across LinkedIn, associations, referrals and events.
• Guide candidates through process and support offers.
