Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Advisor focused on nuclear projects, supporting commercial and DOE nuclear environments. The role builds strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to attract highly qualified engineers, project managers, and technical professionals across the US markets.

The candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop targeted strategies, and build pipelines with universities and industry groups.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within commercial and DOE nuclear environments.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for critical hiring initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and long-term talent objectives.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive hiring insights.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, associations, referrals, events, and outreach.
