Job summary

TerraPower LLC. seeks an experienced professional to lead the Natrium siting program, coordinating across technical, environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder teams. You will oversee site characterization and ensure regulatory alignment for NRC-related processes.

Requires deep nuclear regulatory knowledge and strong project management skills, with a focus on safety, schedules, and collaboration with government entities and utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant nuclear project experience in siting, permitting, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across technical, environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder domains.
• Familiarity with NRC siting criteria (10 CFR Part 100), NEPA, and state environmental permitting.
• In-depth understanding of nuclear safety regulations and environmental standards (NRC/NEPA).

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated siting program for Natrium projects with cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee site characterization scope including geology, hydrology, and seismology.
• Coordinate input from internal experts and external consultants across disciplines.
• Support regulatory affairs and licensing for siting approvals and documentation.
• Collaborate with government entities, utilities, and stakeholders for transparent communication.
• Develop risk registers, decision matrices, and tracking tools for leadership decisions.
• Prepare program reports and briefings for leadership and regulators.
