Job summary

The role requires 15+ years in international business development leadership, strong financial structuring skills, and multi-stakeholder collaboration with governments, utilities, and financial institutions. Travel internationally and strategic deal execution are core elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, international relations, or related field required.
• 15+ years of international business development leadership, project development, or commercial structuring experience in energy/infrastructure.
• 5+ years of people management experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong understanding of international project finance, export credit agencies and multilateral development banks.

Responsibilities

• Back up the SVP of Business Development in critical internal and external initiatives.
• Build, develop and retain international business development professionals as the team expands.
• Identify and develop international Natrium deployment opportunities based on policy, demand and regulatory readiness.
• Maintain relationships with government officials, utilities, and industrial counterparts to create commercial pathways.
