Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of management and leadership experience in non-profit or related field.
• Extensive community connections and board experience.
• Marketing experience a plus.
• In-person role with 50% donor outreach and community engagement.

• Lead strategic planning in collaboration with the Board and staff.
• Oversee fundraising, financial operations, and budget development.
• Hire, manage, and evaluate Playhouse staff; recruit volunteers.
• Build community relationships, donor outreach, and media contacts.
• Develop and implement a fundraising plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure GiGi’s Signature programs are delivered with high quality.
