GiGi’s Playhouse Las Vegas seeks an Executive Director to lead operations, fundraising, and community engagement, ensuring sustainable growth and high-impact programs for families affected by Down syndrome. Qualifications

• 7+ years of management and related nonprofit leadership experience.
• Extensive demonstrated community connections and board experience.
• Marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising and financial management for the Playhouse and ensure sustainability.
• Develop and implement the Playhouse's strategic plan in collaboration with the Board.
• Hire, train, and manage staff; oversee volunteers and donor relations.
• Drive marketing, community engagement, and media relations to raise awareness.
