Job summary

GiGi’s Playhouse seeks an Executive Director in Fargo, ND to lead operations, development, and community engagement for the Playhouse. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on fundraising, board coordination, and staff management to advance GiGi’s mission locally.

The Executive Director will build donor relationships, oversee programs, and ensure high-quality experiences for families while expanding the Playhouse’s visibility and impact in the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management/leadership in nonprofit or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic plan development with the Board and implement it across the Playhouse.
• Oversee fundraising activities and budgeting to ensure financial sustainability.
• Manage staff and volunteers; build a strong community presence and donor relations.
• Represent GiGi’s Playhouse to public, media, schools, and donors; drive community engagement.
