• Nonprofit or mission-driven accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with audits and grant or contract reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required.
• Experience in nonprofit, community-based, or social impact organizations is beneficial.
