Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years in IT with network/ops roles in a complex organization.
• 3+ years in a managerial or team-lead role with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience supporting enterprise network services, including infrastructure and security.
• Proven ability to influence and build consensus across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMC and regional Network Support teams with coaching and direction.
• Standardize processes for downtimes, installations, and network standards.
• Develop priorities, manage workloads, and ensure delivery of commitments.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
• Partner with facilities teams for construction-related network needs.
• Collaborate with Architecture, UDEW, CRE for project alignment.
