Job summary

Michigan Medicine is seeking a Manager of Network Support Services to lead the AMC and regional network teams across Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, and Lansing. You will standardize processes, govern deployments, and drive network strategy with HITS and Facilities collaboration.

The role requires strong leadership, enterprise network experience, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships, while enabling 80% remote work and 20% on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years of professional IT experience including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role overseeing 5+ direct reports.
• Experience in enterprise network services, infrastructure operations, cellular infrastructure, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMC and regional Network Support teams with standard processes and governance.
• Develop network standards, roadmaps, and reference models for consistency across locations.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and service contracts for infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with Network Architecture, Facilities, and other IT groups to ensure project success.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
