Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in IT/ops/architecture within a complex org.
• 3+ years in managerial/supervisory role overseeing 5+ direct reports.
• Experience with enterprise network services, infrastructure operations, cellular, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMC and regional Network Support teams and align with standard processes.
• Govern network design reviews, guidance, and architectural standards.
