Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a Senior Manager Route Planning to lead the Planning Department's network strategy across short, medium, and long-term horizons. You will guide analytical priorities, develop network strategy, and support senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize profitability.

The role requires strong airline industry insight, advanced analytics, and leadership of a team to shape market opportunities, forecast revenue, and drive capacity decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4 years of related experience
• 6 years of analytical experience in a related field
• 5 years in Airline Network Planning, Revenue Management, or related field
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SQL, Tableau
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Authorized to work in the US
• No visa sponsorship required

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic network vision by translating data into actionable recommendations
• Develop and evolve the network intelligence toolkit for capacity planning
• Provide oversight for short-, medium-, and long-term network planning cycles
• Evaluate revenue trends and identify opportunities for profitability
• Analyze JetBlue's performance vs. competition on a route basis
• Monitor competitive activity and industry changes
• Lead cross-functional network projects across commercial and finance
• Drive research of potential new markets and revenue forecasts
• Support crewmembers' development and engagement
• Other duties as assigned
