Job summary

Amazon AIR is seeking a Senior Flight Capacity Planner in Bellevue, WA to own flight schedule design, capacity planning, and network modeling. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Analytics to drive efficiency and improve service performance across the air network, while navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires strong data analysis, strategic thinking, and collaboration with senior leadership to shape short- and mid-term flight capacity strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead flight schedule development for Amazon AIR across cross-functional units.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on network design and capacity.
• Develop and optimize capacity plans and network strategy for cost efficiency and reliability.
• Balance customer needs with cost, aligning with Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams.
• Collaborate with Research Science to design planning and forecasting tools.
• Analyze flight utilization and network performance to identify optimization opportunities.
