Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis for Loyalty & Revenue. You will partner with Loyalty and Revenue teams to translate complex data into forecasts, business cases, and leadership materials.

You will oversee staff delivering financial models and FP&A processes, including monthly close, variance analyses, and budgeting. The role requires advanced SQL, Excel, and analytics experience, plus strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in finance/analytics
• 5+ years of finance, commercial, revenue management, loyalty, analytics or related role
• 2+ years writing complex SQL queries
• Experience in FP&A: forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis or business cases
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau/Python/Snowflake or similar tools
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance to Loyalty and Revenue teams
• Analyze loyalty and revenue drivers, including trends, redemption, customer behavior and partner economics
• Synthesize outputs into forecasts, business cases, and executive-ready narratives
• Own FP&A processes: monthly close, forecast updates, budget planning, OpEx/CapEx tracking
• Collaborate across Commercial, Accounting and IT teams
• Perform ad hoc analyses for senior management
• Support staff development and Crewmember growth
• Contribute to development of JetBlue's safety and compliance culture
