Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Head of Network Recruiting in Tempe, AZ to lead provider sourcing and network expansion. You will drive recruitment of non-anchor providers, ECPs, and FQHCs, partnering across contracts, strategy, and market leadership to align with growth plans.

You will report to the Senior Vice President, Network & Provider Management, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in the Tempe office per week. Strong leadership and healthcare recruiting experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
12+ years in healthcare industry.
5+ years of progressive leadership in provider network development or related areas.
Experience engaging with FQHCs, community health centers, and independent provider groups.
Understanding CMS and state network adequacy requirements.
Experience coordinating multiple departments (contracting, legal, operations, leadership).

Responsibilities

Architect and execute targeted network expansion strategies for non-anchor providers and FQHCs.
Monitor provider density and access metrics to meet regulatory standards.
Collaborate with contracting, strategy, and market leadership on recruitment targets.
Track recruitment pipeline velocity and team productivity.
Use analytics to monitor throughput and address coverage gaps.
Build and mentor a high-performing network development team.
