Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Head of Network Recruiting to lead strategic provider sourcing for its Provider Network team in Tempe, AZ. The role centers on expanding the payer network, driving recruitment of ECPs and FQHCs, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and growth objectives.

You will report to the Senior Vice President, Network & Provider Management and work in a hybrid setup with three in-office days per week, including Thursdays for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• 12+ years in the healthcare industry.
• 5+ years leadership in provider network development or recruitment.
• Experience engaging with FQHCs, community health centers, and independent provider groups.
• Understanding of CMS/state network adequacy requirements and access-to-care standards.
• Experience coordinating multi-department workflows across contracting, legal, operations, and market leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute targeted network expansion strategies for non-anchor practitioners, medical groups, and ECPs/FQHCs.
• Monitor provider density and access metrics to meet CMS/state standards.
• Partner with contracting, strategy, and leadership to align recruitment with regulatory and growth plans.
• Track recruitment pipeline velocity and team productivity.
• Use network design analytics to monitor throughput and address coverage gaps.
• Build and lead a high-performing network development team.
