Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager to join the Clinical Care Operations team in Tempe, AZ on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week. The role reports to the Chief Health Officer and focuses on planning, coordination, and executive reporting to translate priorities into actionable work.

You will partner with the CHO and clinical leadership to create visibility, manage dependencies, and drive accountability through robust operating mechanisms and performance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations or related field.
• Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives with senior leaders.
• Ability to develop frameworks in fluid environments and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including leadership meetings and planning cycles.
• Develop CHO Office mechanisms for tracking priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions; anticipate critical leadership touchpoints.
• Develop executive-level reporting that provides visibility into organizational performance, priorities, and risks.
• Lead annual and ongoing organizational planning processes for the Clinical leadership team with clear goals and ownership.
• Support administrative and financial planning for the Chief Health Officer organization, including budget planning and resource tracking.
• Lead CHO Office and Clinical leadership priorities with defined ownership, timelines, and decisions across teams.
• Improve organizational workflows and decision-making to increase effectiveness.
• Summarize complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build relationships across the Clinical organization to surface dependencies and resolve issues.
