Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Network Planner Specialist to own end-to-end inventory deployment and network planning decisions, balancing service levels, cost, and working capital. You will work across planning, logistics, and execution teams to drive timely, data-informed decisions under uncertainty.

Responsibilities include defining allocation strategies, supervising mitigation plans, and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2-5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or related fields.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory deployment decisions across plants, DCs, and regions.
• Identify supply risks using horizon-based analysis and capacity constraints.
• Monitor inventory imbalances and service risks; drive cross-functional resolution.
• Define allocation strategies and ownership of mitigation plans.
• Lead data-driven decision making and communicate plans to stakeholders.
