Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field.
• Associates degree with 5+ years in the same area.
• High school diploma or GED with 7+ years in the same field.

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting and analysis to support accurate forecasts and identify changes in demand patterns.
• Improve forecast performance by evaluating accuracy, bias, and planning adherence.
• Support integrated planning routines (ITP/IBP) and cross-functional planning discussions.
• Explain forecast drivers to stakeholders and align on actions.
• Audit and refine reports and dashboards to strengthen forecast quality tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes and develop training materials.
