Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end telecommunications deployment programs, coordinating across engineering, construction, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving operational excellence across all phases of implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications, network deployment, or related technical program management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong understanding of network design, engineering, and construction lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional implementation programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and project quality control.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage major and minor project milestones with real-time status accuracy and reporting.
• Track progress across concurrent projects and align 0–180 day forecasting.
• Drive project closeouts and ensure documentation completeness.
• Identify risks and assign ownership; develop mitigation plans and actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SLA compliance.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and develop leadership reports.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements across teams.
