Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end telecom deployment programs, coordinating with engineering, construction, vendors and external partners. The role demands strong analytical, detail-driven, organized and proactive problem-solving to identify risks, drive delivery, maintain data quality, and report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or related program management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline network design, engineering, and construction lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional implementation programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and project quality control.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Project & Milestone Management: manage major/minor milestones with real-time status and reporting.
• Risk Identification & Issue Resolution: identify risks and assign ownership; develop mitigation plans.
• Quality Assurance & Deliverable Validation: ensure deliverables meet standards and track QA metrics.
• Data, Reporting & Forecasting: maintain data across systems; forecast resource needs and timelines.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: drive cross-functional process improvements across teams.
