Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of large-scale telecommunications projects. You will drive milestone management, forecasting, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, construction, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deployment.

The role requires analytical, detail-oriented professionals who can manage multiple projects, optimize workflows, and deliver with strong governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications, network deployment, or related technical program management.
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline networks lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale telecom projects.
• Manage milestones, forecasting, and scheduling across multiple projects.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SLAs.
