Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a seasoned Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end telecom deployment programs. You will coordinate engineering, construction, vendors, and partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery and quality across all project phases.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving operational excellence from initiation to closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or related technical program management.
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline network design, engineering, and construction lifecycles.
• Experience with milestone management, forecasting, vendor oversight, and project quality control.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and drive clear action plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage Major and Minor project milestones with real-time status and reporting.
• Track progress across multiple projects with 0–180 day forecasting and scheduling alignment.
• Drive project closeouts, ensuring deliverables and documentation are complete.
• Identify risks, assign ownership, and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and develop leadership reports.
