Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Program Manager to lead end-to-end large-scale telecommunications projects. You will ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and quality across multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, construction, vendors, and partners.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and organized, with a track record of guiding programs through all implementation phases and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or related technical program management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience, or 2–3 years with a Master’s Degree.
• Strong understanding of wireless or wireline network design, engineering, and construction lifecycles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional implementation programs in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Project & Milestone Management: Manage major/minor milestones with real-time status and reporting.
• Risk Identification & Issue Resolution: Identify risks and assign ownership; develop mitigations.
• Quality Assurance & Deliverable Validation: Ensure deliverables meet standards and SLA compliance.
• Data, Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain data, forecast resources, and produce leadership reports.
