Talint seeks a Sr Budget Consultant to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management and Comptroller (OASN FM&C). This onsite Pentagon role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and expertise in PBIS, Navy ERP, ADVANA, and PPBE with emphasis on Planning & Programming.

Responsibilities include budget planning, analysis, and executive briefing development, producing dashboards and reports for SES/GS-15 leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of Navy Budget experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to produce briefing decks.
• Hands-on in reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations.
• Familiarity with Navy ERP, PBIS, ADVANA, and budget formulation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support OASN FM&C in budget planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses for funded and unfunded Navy budget requests.
• Produce detailed briefing decks and reports for senior leadership (SES/GS-15).
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and enterprise tools.
• Apply PBIS, ADVANA, and Navy ERP expertise to support PPBE Planning & Programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
