Job summary

Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to join the best team on Marco Island. The role focuses on soliciting, direct and indirect sales, and maximizing group revenues in coordination with the conference services team.

Responsibilities include conducting weekly solicitations, negotiating rates and packages, presenting at site inspections, attending trade shows, and maintaining the Delphi sales database.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in hotel/restaurant management or marketing.
• Experience with Delphi, FDC, OnQ or similar sales software.
• Proven sales experience in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 25 telephone and email solicitations weekly while in the office.
• Negotiate the highest possible group room rates, packages and banquet contributions.
• Travel to assigned area for direct solicitations and attend trade shows.
• Maintain Delphi sales database accounts and prepare monthly sales reports.
• Assist budgeting and revenue forecasting and coordinate with conference services.
• Present confidently at site inspections and manage client relations.
