Job summary

enGen is seeking an Account Executive to grow its client base across a national print and mail manufacturing footprint. You will drive sales revenue by acquiring new clients and upselling existing ones, using a creative and analytical approach to maximize value for the organization.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills, with the ability to manage onboarding and negotiations end-to-end while collaborating across departments to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a B2B sales environment with executive-level relationship building.
• Experience in large organizations and lead generation.
• Knowledge of RFP/RFI processes and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and expand client base for national print & mail services.
• Engage VP+ level IT/ Procurement for outreach.
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPI metrics.
• Oversee onboarding, contracting, and implementation of new clients.
