Job summary

Conair LLC, based in Bentonville, AR, seeks a National Account Manager to lead strategic sales with Walmart, align cross-functional teams, and drive revenue, market share, and profitability.

The NAM will partner with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service to execute plans, optimize assortment, and coordinate promotional initiatives while ensuring flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing Walmart or a major retail customer.
• Strong understanding of Walmart systems and processes.
• Experience with Scintilla, Retail Link, Nielsen / Circana, Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Proven success achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with Walmart, managing business planning, assortment strategy, promotions, forecasting, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create and execute annual plans aligning company objectives with Walmart's priorities and drive growth.
• Deliver annual sales, profit, and market share targets; lead pricing, promotions, contracts, and annual agreements.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans; monitor performance and optimize profitability and ROI.
• Analyze retail trends, shopper insights, and category performance using internal and external data.
