Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Channel National Account Manager - Digital, MRO, OEM & Industrial. This hybrid-based role requires residence within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH; Chicago, IL; Moon Township, PA; Peachtree City, GA; Smyrna, GA; Grapevine, TX or City of Industry, CA.

You will drive profitable growth across strategic national accounts, lead joint business planning, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver superior customer experience and sustained commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years in national account management, channel sales, or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with national accounts across Digital, MRO, OEM, and Industrial channels.
• Create and execute joint business plans with assigned accounts; set growth priorities and targets.
• Lead digital commerce initiatives: online assortment, content, search, pricing and promotions.
• Analyze sales, profitability, inventory and market trends to identify whitespace and improve performance.
• Lead product launches, promotions and growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with customer leaders to ensure alignment and execution.
