Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division seeks a Channel National Account Manager - Digital, MRO, OEM & Industrial. This hybrid role requires residence within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH; Chicago, IL; Moon Township, PA; Peachtree City, GA; Smyrna, GA; Grapevine, TX or City of Industry, CA.

You will drive profitable growth with national accounts, lead joint business plans, and execute initiatives to expand revenue, margin and market share while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in national account management, channel sales, strategic account management, or business development in electrical, industrial, OEM, MRO, or related markets.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH; Chicago, IL; Moon Township, PA; Peachtree City, GA; Smyrna, GA; Grapevine, TX or City of Industry, CA will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with key national accounts across Digital, MRO, OEM, and Industrial channels.
• Create and execute joint business plans with assigned accounts, establish growth priorities and targets.
• Lead digital commerce initiatives by improving online assortment, content, search visibility, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze sales, profitability, inventory and market trends to identify whitespace opportunities.
• Lead product launches and promotional programs with cross‑functional teams.
• Build strong relationships with customer leaders to strengthen alignment and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of markets, customer models, activity, and Eaton solutions.
