Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of national account management, channel sales, strategic account management, or business development in electrical, industrial, OEM, MRO, or related markets.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with national accounts across Digital, MRO, OEM, and Industrial channels.
• Create and execute joint business plans with accounts; establish growth priorities and targets.
• Lead digital commerce initiatives across platforms to improve content, visibility, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze sales, profitability, and market trends to identify whitespace opportunities.
• Lead product launches and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customer leadership to ensure alignment and execution.
• Forecast accounts and report on performance and milestones.
