Job summary

Harman International seeks a Retail Sales Manager to grow our MI retailer base, including Guitar Center, across Richardson, TX and broader markets. You will drive end-user demand, program development, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize sales and brand presence.

The role requires proactive engagement with retailers, data-driven analysis, and the ability to lead product launches and trainings with internal teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in musical instruments retailer account management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute MI retail programs with measurable results.
• Technical knowledge of pro audio products and brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-through and increase end-customer sales through merchandising, demos, events, and trainings.
• Develop and execute growth programs tailored to accounts and ensure flawless execution.
• Regularly audit brand performance with in-store analyses and implement improvements.
• Engage MI retailers including buying, inventory management, and store operations.
