Job summary

HARMAN Lifestyle is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to grow our Music Industry retailer partnerships, including Guitar Center, across identified accounts. You will develop programs, drive in-store initiatives, and align internal teams to accelerate end-user demand.

The role requires at least 7 years in MI retailer account management, strong Pro Audio knowledge, and a data-driven approach. Travel up to 50% is expected; hybrid office presence and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Musical Instruments Industry retailer account management with a proven sales growth track record.
• Experience developing and executing MI retail programs that deliver measurable results.
• Technical knowledge of Pro Audio products.
• Analytical mindset with data tracking, forecasting, and insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sell Through: generate ideas to increase sales to end customers (merchandising, demos, events, promotions, trainings).
• Develop and execute growth programs addressing account needs and ensure seamless execution.
• Audit brand positioning and performance; implement improvement strategies.
• Engage MI retailers across buying, inventory, training, store ops, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer care, product development and support to align strategy.
• Develop trainings to empower retail sales teams.
