Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in capital project management or similar.
• Experience with sustainable design and accessibility considerations preferred.
• Experience guiding projects through structured analysis and decision documentation.
• Experience supervising professional or technical staff and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and priorities for municipal capital project delivery and CIP implementation.
• Coordinate across departments to align projects with operations and long‑range planning.
• Develop policies and best practices to improve planning and delivery efficiency.
• Direct end‑to‑end delivery of major municipal capital projects (planning through close‑out).
• Oversee budgeting, cost estimating, and lifecycle cost analyses for capital programs.
