Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management or infrastructure programs.
• Experience managing public works and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Business Development, Company Leadership, & Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Proposal & Contract Management: Lead proposal development and manage pursuits through contract award.
• Project Closeout: Deliver final project documentation and archiving.
• Company Leadership & Team Development: mentor staff and foster a collaborative, safety-oriented culture.
