You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, focus on reducing close time and increasing efficiency, and provide mentorship to the accounting team. You’ll partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic financial insights that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 7–10 years of professional accounting experience with multisite operations.
• Proven ability to reduce close time and implement process improvements.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, internal controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full accounting cycle for multiple sites and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, reducing close time and improving efficiency.
