Job summary

AccruePartners seeks a senior finance leader to oversee financial health for a multi-entity manufacturing and franchise-driven organization in Charlotte, NC. You will own the monthly close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while guiding a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience (Controller/Finance Director).
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, or multi-entity environments.
• Strong background leading financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and translate financial data into business insights.
• Experience managing teams and developing finance and accounting talent.
• CPA preferred, with strong ERP systems experience and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Background in inventory accounting, standard costing, operational finance, or KPI-driven environments valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
• Deliver meaningful financial insights to support executive decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Drive accountability around KPIs, inventory performance, working capital, and margin improvement.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to support scalability.
