Key responsibilities include improving occupancy, NOI, and customer sentiment, supervising staff, and enforcing safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overall operation and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and support departments to meet performance goals.
• Supervise maintenance staff including hiring, training and performance management.
• Manage resident relations and interface with central processing on accounting activities.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety regulations across properties.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize portfolio results.
