Camden Development, Inc. seeks a District Manager to lead a multifamily portfolio, guiding a high-performing team toward confident decisions and superior results. You will drive pricing, occupancy, and revenue strategies while ensuring regulatory adherence across communities.

You’ll analyze budgets, mentor staff, and collaborate with support teams to maximize value, reduce risk, and sustain Camden’s market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive residential property management responsibility.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Strong financial, budget, and marketing experience.
• Ability to attract and develop successful teams and leaders.
• NALP or related associations preferred.
• Knowledge of multifamily operations and financial reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site portfolio and mentor high-performing teams.
• Make strategic pricing and leasing decisions to optimize occupancy.
• Coordinate with support departments to improve revenue, marketing, leasing and retention.
• Analyze budgets and adjust progress toward objectives and goals.
• Analyze market trends to outperform competitors and maintain top market position.
• Utilize dashboards/software to track budgets, occupancy, and expenses.
• Ensure on-site staff compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead special projects such as due diligence, acquisitions or committee work.
• Travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities and attend training.
