Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess property-specific goals and marketing needs with Regional Managers.
• Analyze lead counts, sources, quality, and conversion to identify opportunities.
• Develop property-specific marketing strategies to increase lead volume and occupancy.
• Present recommendations and gain stakeholder buy-in for implementation.
• Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance and market trends.
