Florida Crystals Corporation’s FCI Residential division is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the end-to-end leasing process, from introductions to occupancy, while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will engage prospects and residents, manage tours, process applications, and keep properties presentable. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to market the community are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and residents.
• Maintain first-class appearance and curb appeal of community.
• Sell features and services with strong product knowledge.
• Convert calls and tours into leases.
• Process applications and all lease paperwork accurately.
• Review performance data and recommend leasing improvements.
• Address resident concerns including maintenance requests.
• Assist in marketing and outreach activities.
• Create content for social media.
• Prepare market surveys and monitor competitors.
• Assist with signage, banners and event setup.
• Perform general clerical tasks and data entry in PM software.
• Follow policies and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain first class customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
• Ensure leasing office and community spaces are well presented and welcoming.
• Convert inquiries to tours and leases through proactive outreach.
• Process applications and prepare move-in information and renewal documents.
• Utilize property management software for data entry and follow-up.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase property traffic and leads.
