• Strong understanding of lead generation, lead management, CRM platforms, and the lead-to-lease process.
• Ability to analyze lead and leasing data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Experience with multifamily marketing channels, digital marketing concepts, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Managers to assess property-specific goals, leasing challenges, market conditions, and marketing needs.
• Review and analyze lead counts, sources, quality, conversion metrics, leasing performance, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop property-specific marketing strategies to increase lead volume, improve lead quality, and support occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with managers to present recommendations, build consensus, and support implementation.
• Monitor SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and other strategies to enhance visibility and lead generation.
