Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain first-class customer service relationships with prospects and residents.
• Ensure leasing office, tour path, model apartment, and curb appeal are impeccable.
• Sell features and services with thorough property knowledge.
• Convert calls to tours, tours to leases, and internet leads to tours/leases.
• Process applications and prepare move-in information and renewal paperwork.
• Review performance reports weekly and make lease-optimizing recommendations.
• Manage resident concerns and service requests, ensuring quality of service.
• Assist with marketing to increase traffic and leads, participate in outreach.
• Plan, organize, and attend resident functions.
• Create content for social media and update banners/signs as needed.
• Assist with market surveys and competitor analysis; visit properties as required.
