Feel Good Brands Corp is seeking a Food & Beverage Multi Operations Manager to oversee the operation of multiple QSR units in Las Vegas. You will drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and market share while leading the operations team.

Requires 5+ years in high-volume multi-unit F&B management; strong cost control and financial acumen are essential. This exempt role reports to the Senior Operations team and offers competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED; college degree in hospitality preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in high-volume or multi-unit F&B operations or related management.
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals, policies, and communications.
• Proven track record in cost control and quality standards.
• Experience driving profitable growth while maintaining customer and staff satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time-sensitive issues.
