Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Unit Manager in Las Vegas to lead Back of House operations, ensure food quality, cost control, and safety standards. You will manage inventory, coordinate ordering, and drive growth opportunities with the BOH team.

Qualifications

• BOH manager experience preferred.
• Understanding of BOH operations and management.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Back of House operations including ordering and inventory.
• Monitor food prep and storage to minimize waste and control costs.
• Manage opening/closing duties and labor costs through scheduling.
• Coach and mentor FOH and BOH staff and participate in hiring/training.
• Follow recipes and ensure cleanliness and safety.
