Job summary

TRP is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead the mission, vision, and values across multiple cannabis retail stores. You will drive top-line sales growth, own P&L, and manage two or more locations with a focus on process excellence and a customer-first culture.

As a leader, you’ll recruit, develop and coach store teams, implement training programs, monitor KPIs, and ensure visual standards while delivering a world class customer experience and operating with integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume flagship management in cannabis or flagship retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and analyze reports.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proficient in Windows software (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Lead store teams to deliver a top-line sales growth with P&L responsibility.
