Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management
• Excellent grasp on the numbers element of property management
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or other Tier 1 property management software
• Property-management designation or continuing education is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve marketing activities and occupancy status
• Review property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas for compliance
• Prepare and conduct meetings as necessary
• Post rent entries, move ins/outs, and renewals
• Oversee evictions and deposit accounting statements
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• Inspect properties for maintenance and quality standards
• Coordinate annual operating and capital budgets
• Review expenditures within budgetary guidelines
• Negotiate and evaluate contracts
