Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management seeks a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee daily operations across manufactured housing communities, drive financial performance, and ensure resident satisfaction. You will lead on-site teams, manage maintenance and vendor services, facilitate home sales, and enforce company policies across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of managerial experience managing a mobile home community.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with residents and buyers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, state regulations, and best practices in property management and home sales.
• Proficiency with personal computer tools and community software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be highly motivated, able to work independently, and solve problems across residents, personnel, finances, and maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee rent collection, deposits, and resident accounts across all sites.
• Prepare financial reports and monitor delinquencies; enforce collections per policy.
• Review invoices and ensure proper coding and timely reconciliation for each property.
• Enforce lease agreements and manage eviction processes in compliance with law.
• Coordinate maintenance, site inspections, and vendor services to ensure quality service.
• Lead on-site teams, train staff, and ensure operational consistency across communities.
• Assist in sales activities, market homes, conduct tours, and close transactions.
• Maintain records of home sales and leasing activities in compliance with regulations.
