Crystal View Capital/Osprey Management is seeking a Mobile Home Community Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure financial performance, and compliance with company policies. You will manage rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to foster a positive living environment.

The role offers a salary of $55,000 per year, with a 401(k) plan, medical stipend, and various insurance benefits, plus PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience managing a mobile home community or similar property.
• Advanced understanding of Fair Housing laws and state property management regulations.
• Proficiency with property management software; Rent Manager experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection, fees, and payments using Rent Manager.
• Prepare bank deposits, reconcile resident accounts, and generate financial reports.
• Monitor delinquencies and implement collection procedures.
• Process and approve invoices from vendors and contractors.
• Enforce lease agreements and oversee eviction procedures as necessary.
• Process move-outs, including security deposit reconciliation.
